as a nursing assistant. Confirming that nursing is my passion, I continued my education to become a Licensed Practical Nurse, and then obtained my degree to become a Registered Nurse.
Since becoming a nurse in 1992, I have held various positions in both direct clinical and management roles, ranging from floor nurse to Vice President of Clinical Services and Corporate Director of Risk Management.
As a consultant, I have worked with more than 100 facilities in multiple states over the past 18 years. As an experienced and expert clinical nurse, risk manager, legal nurse consultant, and regulatory support specialist, I can contribute to the continuous advancement of both your facility and your employees.
I look forward to hearing about your goals and how we can achieve them together.
